In an effort to improve our customer service, The Collier Companies introduced a custom-built feedback platform in 2012. WeCare allows our residents and prospects to offer acknowledgments and constructive feedback to specific communities, or the company as a whole, through two-way email communication. Not only does WeCare give residents and others the opportunity to express their concerns, but it also gives them a way to celebrate the many great things our Team Members are doing on a daily basis.
